Terms and Conditions

Customer understands and agrees:

• This ballpark estimate guarantees the maximum price Customer will pay for concrete services if they proceed with Metal America for their metal building project
• Metal America will only secure a concrete contractor after Customer has made the required deposit for the metal building shell
• The actual price quoted by the concrete contractor may be lower than this estimate, but will not exceed the amount stated in this Agreement
• If Metal America is unable to secure a concrete contractor at or below the price stated in this Agreement, Customer will receive a full refund for all services and deposits paid to Metal America
• Metal America's responsibility is limited to finding a qualified concrete contractor at or below the quoted price. Metal America has no liability for the concrete work performed

Term and Governing Law

Metal America will have 60 days from the date of this Agreement to secure a qualified concrete contractor within the price parameters. This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Modifications must be in writing.
